All our meals are prepared by an executive chef and include a range of European, Fijian and Indian dishes. We offer a wide range of vegetarian dishes and can cater to any special dietary requirement on request.
Breakfasts include cereals, toast, fruit and pancakes. Cooked breakfasts are available for purchase from the menu.
Lunches and dinners vary between buffet and set menu.
There is a compulsory meal plan of FJD 87 per day. This includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
There is also a snack menu available between meals. This includes items such as burgers, fries, wedges and toasted sandwiches etc. These are additional to the meal plan cost.
Friday night is reason to celebrate as our Chef prepares a traditional lovo, an underground barbecue in which an entire feast is cooked over hot rocks while buried in earth. While sampling the feast which emerges from the lovo pit is a most enjoyable experience, the preparation is equally tantalising.
After a fulfilling meal with friends, prepare to really Mix It Up with a range of world famous cocktails, or even a local Pacific Island beer as you party the night away, enjoying the genuine warmth of the Fijian people while the Manta Rays glide gracefully in the water before you.
